I began my career within the health and fitness industry over 20 years ago where I trained and worked with Olympic Gold Medalist, Mary Peters.
As a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer, I believe exercise should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their individual needs or circumstances. With extensive qualifications and personal experience, I specialise in creating inclusive, supportive, and empowering fitness journeys for all.
Qualifications:
Having undergone spinal surgery in 2022, I deeply understand how challenging it can be to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle when faced with physical limitations or health concerns. This experience has further fuelled my mission to support and guide clients toward leading an active, healthier lifestyle, one that allows them to live life to its fullest potential.
My approach is highly personalised, particularly for clients with neurological conditions, disabilities, or health challenges, as well as anyone who feels that mainstream fitness environments do not meet their needs. Whether it’s adapting exercises for specific abilities or creating a welcoming space for growth, I aim to empower each client to achieve their goals with confidence.
Currently, I deliver the Adaptive Exercise Project for the Mae Murray Foundation, where I work closely with individuals to ensure exercise is inclusive, enjoyable, and sustainable. My sessions often include adaptive equipment and tailored exercise plans, reflecting my commitment to accessibility and inclusivity.
